CrossFit Total

"CrossFit Total"

Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep

Total: 365 which is improvement from 352 just a few weeks ago. My only new pr was in the SP...65#

Ran 5 miles & no knee pain!

I thought you weren't running this week?! Just couldn't stop yourself, could you? haha! Just answer me this: when did you find the time and energy to run too? :) I'm jealous of your stamina!!!
