I'm still coughing whenever my heart races, but yesterday I decided to start adding a bit of cardio. I went on a 30 min run with the fam yesterday because it was such a beautiful Thanksgiving Day. Today, I went back to the gym and did:
CFE: C2 machine 20 min= 4000 meters
GHD sit-ups 3x15 and back squat 5x5
115,125,135,145,155

that's funny...yeah, I meant DL...in my dreams could I back squat that :)
