Had fun working out with Jen today & I'm glad the gym was pretty empty so no one but Jen, Rick & Dymphna saw me sucking...it hurt bad today but I'm happy with my new pr- especially since I did the larger box, increased push press by 10#, & did real double-unders.

18" box but still amazing improvements!! I don't think any of us are going to ever be able to catch you on this one.
i'm always impressed with your ability to push through during the worst suckfest! and you always have GREAT time. so glad you went in front of me...haha! otherwise you would have lapped me.
