Back At It

Sunday 9/5 30 min run (1st run since delivery). Took it slow and it felt better than I expected

Monday 9/6 3 Rounds: 400m run, 20 KBS, 12 pull-ups (jumping)

Tuesday 9/7 2.5x 250m row, 10 FS 45#, 15 GHD sit-ups, 20 box jumps w 4 boxes...extremely difficult for me to jump right now! Not much power in my core.

Wednesday 9/8 30 min Pilates dvd

Thursday 9/9 Rowed 3000m, Fran: 21/15/9 Thrusters 45# & pull-ups w 3 bands

I'll put together the strength cycle, but I don't think you should start it till after your 6 week check up ok??
