5k row in 22:32...beat my old pr by about 3 min

Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Handstand push-ups
I substituted 24 push-ups per round, and I forget my time. Was a great workout!
