So, I've been a little behind with updating my blog, but I HAVE been working out.
On Sunday, I ran 4 miles in the morning with my girls & then I did the alternate WOD in the afternoon:
Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps 45,50,55,60,62 (PR)
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps 55,60,65,70,72 (PR),75(F)
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps 45,50,55,60,65,70,75,77(PR)
Today, Dymphna & I worked on my overhead squat & I increased my pr from 51 to 75lbs!!! It was fun getting some alone time with D since the gym has been so busy.
I'm leaving for Florida tomorrow & I'll be gone for a week. I'm planning on doing alot of running & some air squats & push-ups here & there.
