Monday:

MOD: Bear Complex-Strength Work: 5 min- 1 rep on the min-add weight each min (maxed 70lb)
WOD: 15m AMRAP

9 Deadlift 65lb
12 Lateral Bar Jumps
Completed 4 rounds plus 2 Bear Complex
