Monday: ran 6 miles in vibrams (1m warm & 1 mile cool down, 4 miles@ 8:34pace)
Tuesday: ran 3 miles (940ish pace); 5 rounds of f15 ront squat & 20 double unders
Wednesday: core class; AMRAP in 12 in of 5 elevated push-ups & 5 BS (95#) 9 rounds

That's impressive that you are already running so far in the shoes. Have you been sore after?
YES! The first day I walked in them all day. Day 2 I ran 1 mile. My feet and calves were sore! I bumped it up to 3 and then 6 and they're fine now but that initial running was tough! I did buy a pair of Frees to wear for my long runs.
