Power Rack

Jen and Nat put together my power rack for me while I watched and fed the kids...perfect as I despise putting anything mechanical together. Thanks girls! So, the gym is all set-up and I'm excited to start incorporating CF workouts into my routine now!
am: hour of core yoga followed by 2.5 mile easy run (10:15-10:30 pace)
