Early morning Sprints: 30 sec on, 30 sec on, 1 min etc, 2 min etc, 4 min etc, 2 min etc, 1 min etc, 30 sec etc
Squat machine x5 95, 105, 120, 130, 140, 150

Thursday 10/08
Modified Fran: 21, 15 9 reps of thrusters using 2x25# dumbells and pull-ups were assisted dead-hangs 14:40
