Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Finished 13 rounds, 5 pull-ups, & 4 push-ups...almost 2 rounds slower that back in February, but that seems to be my workout trend lately.
