sprints & deltoids

1st:
800m jog to warm up
3x1600 sprints with 2 min rest in between (7:28, 7:32,7:27)
800m walk cool down

15 min rest

2nd:
5 rounds using 35#KB:
20 KBS
20 Sumo high pulls
10 Right arm cleans
10 Left arm cleans
Time: 23 min
