Rahoi & Intervals

Did "Rahoi" this am:

AMRAP 12
12 Box Jumps 20"
6 Thrusters 65
6 Bar-Facing Burpees

Completed 5 rounds plus 5 box jumps

This pm did:
800m warm up
5x800 with 2 min jog in between. First 800 was 3:08 but all the others were 3:30ish with the last one at 5 somethingb/c I was having stomach issuus
