Ugh!

30 weeks:
Walked 3.5 miles with Nat pushing stroller
For 10 minutes do:
Advanced
10 dumbbell front squats #30 each
15 pull ups
15 step ups
Ugh! Another tough workout. I dropped to 55# bar with weights instead of 60 lbs of dumbells and substituted 55# PP for pull ups
