Barbara

WOD:"Barbara"
Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Did Barbara at home and I did quite a few jumping pull-ups. I felt broken today and I'm not able to kip very well on my doorway pull-up bar:
Rounds:
1. 6:02
2. 5:53
3. 6:40
4. 7:06
5. 7:32

Yesterday did Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1-1, Push Press 3-3-3-3-3, Push Jerk 1-1-1-1-1- with no pr's

The last round was a lot of jumping pull ups for me, too. And my kips are kind of weak on the ghetto bar I have. If I were working out at the gym, or even with Kevin around, I'm sure I would be more honest with the pullups... It's hard to make myself go all the way down. And btw, the image of you doing kips in the doorway is scary to me. There's no danger of you knocking your teeth or head on the doorframe, is there?
And also, so you know, I almost always think of you when I do situps because I'm sure you don't take breaks doing those, and I always do.

your sit-up comment is funny b/c that is the ONLY exercise of the four that I don't break during (except the last round)...even squats are harder for me than sit-ups
