Squat Day



OHS: 45,55,65,70,75,80,85,90(pr),95(pr)
FS: 65,75,85,95(pr),100(f)
BS: 95,105,115(f),115(f),95

I am thrilled about getting two new pr's...especially in my overhead squat. By the time it was time for back squat I was exhausted and not very motivated. Next time I'll start with back squat and reverse directions. Still a little freakish that my ohs load is about the same as my fs load but WHATEVER lol!

I cant believe i can hardly do 65 for OHS and look at you women, its that rock solid core you have

That's pretty crazy that you can do that much OHS. Nat must be right about your core, and I think it also has to do with how far away from you the bar is. Maybe you feel safer with it so high above your head- like you'll have time to get out of the way if you fail/throw it??
