Another Mom Workout

1 mile walk to gym

Advanced
5 rounds
1 minute of wall ball #14
1 minute of beginner rope climbs (I substituted dips instead)
200m run
Rest 3 minutes between rounds

Nat was deadlifting and since I didn't have to set up the weights I gave it a try:
3x5 at 115#

1 mile walk home
