Today I did the WOD:
Front Squat 10-10-10-10-10 reps
32#,42#,47#,52#,57# & then I did my "Daily Leg Defining Routine" of
15 Overhead Squats, 45# & 15 Kettle Bell swings
Then, I practiced kipping & I almost got one...watch out girls!

I think were going to have to redo that workout! I'm quite sure you could have gone up considerably more. And you really are so close to the kip any day now and than we will really watch you turn into a machine. It's so amazing the strength gains you have made in such a short period of time.
