Push Jerk

WOD
Push Jerk 3-3-3-3-3 reps

My weight: 45,50,55,60,65 failed at 70
Had a tough time concentrating today.
I did get a new PR on the push-press, though: 70!

Great job today! Not too long ago the bar was heavy for you! Now look at you! As the weights get heavier it gets more mental! You have a great mental drive on those metcons... just apply it to the weightlifting and you will be unstopable! Keep it up!
